1- apply the katvond lock it fondation and powder.
2- with duo lash glue and the Evol 8mm heart glitters glue them in the same direction overlapping the edges.
3- do the same on the other direction.
4- repeat on the top lip.
5- with the nyx turnt up lipstick in the shade hollywood fill in the gaps.
