3- Using the blue shades in the Makeup Revolution Mermaids vs Unicorns palette create a halo eye shape.
4- Darken the inner and outer corners.
5- With the Sleek Midas Touch highlighting palette apply the blue shade in the centre of the lid, inner corner and brow bone.
5- Using the Evol fix gel apply the iridescent blue and purple Ibiza flakes were you put the highlights.
6- Apply mascara.
7- Using a clear gloss and the Wunder2 cosmetics prime and behold create the tears.
