UK SHIPPING: 
  • We use Royal Mail to Ship All Items to the UK. 
  • Our free post option is 2nd class. 1st class is available for 50p. If you need your goods guaranteed the next day, we offer Special Delivery guaranteed to arrive by 1 O'clock the next day, for £6.50. 
  • 2nd Class Mail takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
  • 93% of 1st Class Mail arrives the next working day, (according to Royal Mail).
  • Please note any orders placed after 10am will be shipped next day. 
  • Please note we do not work weekends. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
  • If you have not received your order in 4 working days from dispatch email please contact info@evolcosmetics.com.
  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrect input information at check out. If you input your address incorrectly and have not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can send it again. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  • We ship worldwide
  • We ship all our items via Royal Mail 1st Class post non tracked service.
  • Please allow 5 - 15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days.
  • If you have not received your item in 15 working days please email info@evolcosmetics.com with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 1 day response time. 
  • Our operating hours are GMT so please bear this time difference in mind before you process your order.
  • Our shipping costs are based on weight of products - we do not over charge for shipping. 
  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrectly input information at check out. If you input your address incorrectly and have not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can re send. 
  • ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
  • You will receive your order confirmation number via email.
  • DAMAGED GOODS
  • Please notify us asap if you receive a product that is damaged in shipment and make a note of any damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. If possible take a photo of the damaged goods from your phone.
